1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Relaxic app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

2. Purpose of the App

Relaxic is designed to provide relaxation music, nature sounds, ambient sound mixes, and tools for creating personal sound environments. The App is intended for relaxation and stress reduction purposes only.

3. Disclaimer

Important Medical Disclaimer:

Relaxic is not a medical device. It is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service and does not provide health or medical advice. Users use the App at their own discretion and responsibility.

4. User Accounts

Users are responsible for activities within their account and maintaining lawful use of the App.

Users must not:

  • Use the App for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to disrupt or abuse the service
  • Misuse the referral program

5. Premium Subscription

Relaxic may offer Premium features. Subscriptions:

  • Are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play
  • Renew automatically unless canceled
  • Can be canceled through the respective platform settings

Refunds are handled according to the platform’s policies.

6. Referral Program

Relaxic reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program, revoke rewards in cases of abuse or fraud, and suspend accounts that violate the rules.

7. Intellectual Property

All sounds, music, mixes, branding, and design elements provided by Relaxic are the property of Relaxic or its licensors. Users retain rights to their own created mixes but grant Relaxic a non-exclusive license to store and provide access to them within the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

Relaxic is not responsible for individual reactions to audio content, perceived effects or lack of effects, or indirect or consequential damages.

9. Account Suspension or Termination

Relaxic may suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
